The Group was founded in December 2021 by the Partners Mr. Marc Libouton, Mrs Laurence Ekamby and Mr. Giovanni Spasiano.

The Partners have several years of professional experience as authorized executives of Big4 companies, accounting firms, banks, and corporate services providers.

Small to mid-sized or multinational companies or wealthy individuals, our clients are active across many industries such as real estate, logistics, financial services and private equity.
